Face Pack with kiwi and yogurt

Hello my reader, I am back to my blog after couple of weeks, and today I would like o share with you my homemade beauty pack, which has became one of the favorite for me.
Today I will be making kiwi and yogurt face pack.
Kiwi, which is also known as Chinese gooseberry, originally comes from China. It has come to India  in late 1960's. But later on it came to be known as as the national fruit of New Zealand and was reintroduced to the world as "kiwi".
Kiwi being an exotic fruit often used in salads, juice and smoothies. Very rarely it is cooked since it has an enzyme inside which can break  milk proteins quickly.
However to make the most of it's nutritional value, it's better to have it as a raw fruit.
Kiwi is a great source of Vitamin C, it includes also Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, calcium, iron magnesium.
Every 100 gram of Kiwi has 154 % Vitamin C, which acts as an antioxidant, eliminates free radicals that could cause inflammation or cancer.
The presence of other vitamins and minerals contribute collectively for proper body function, such as blood circulation, fight stress, iron absorption for healthy bones and teeths, good vision and etc.
High level of potassium maintains for bleed pressure.
Kiwi can be used for preventing acne, it can also control sebum (oil) production. The antioxidants in this fruit help delay signs of aging, like wrinkles, fine lines and age spots.
The amino acid and vitamin C present in kiwi  protects you from sun damage.
Yogurt contains lactic acid and alpha hydroxy acid which dissolves dead skin cells.
Simple yogurt applied two times a week will leave you with soft and supple skin. The zinc in yogurt helps to cool sunburns.Yogurt contains natural antibacterial and antifungal proportions. If to use it regularly yogurt has a mild bleaching powers that can smooth out discoloration.  The lactic acid in yogurt will help dissolve dead skin and tighten pores.
So now lets come to our face pack for which we will need:
  1. Half kiwi
  2. one tablespoon of yogurt
  3. few drops of lemon juice

Peel of the fruit and than mash it.

Add one tablespoon of yogurt and few drops of lemon juice.

Mix it and apply to the clean face by using a brush.

Leave on your face for 30 minutes and then wash with lukewarm water. Your skin becomes fresh and smooth.
Repeat the process for two times a week for more result.
